CQC inspection February 2024

Following our most recent Care Quality Commission (CQC) inspection, the service received an overall rating of Requires Improvement. The inspection provided valuable external assurance and highlighted both areas of good practice and aspects of the service where further development is required. Since the inspection, we have taken prompt and proactive action to address the findings, with a clear improvement plan in place focused on strengthening governance, consistency of practice, and quality oversight. We are committed to learning from the feedback provided and are working closely with staff, stakeholders, and professionals to ensure sustainable improvements are embedded. Our priority remains the delivery of safe, person-centred, and effective support, and we are confident that the actions implemented will lead to improved outcomes for the people we support.
