Our Services

Trelowen Manor is a newly refurbished residential home designed to provide a warm, welcoming, and enabling environment for adults with learning disabilities. The refurbishment has focused on creating a space that is safe, comfortable, and adaptable, while promoting independence, wellbeing, and social connection.

The home offers wheelchair-accessible entry and has been designed to support people with varying mobility and sensory needs.

The ground floor has been thoughtfully laid out to balance communal living, privacy, and staff support areas. Facilities include:

Manager’s office, providing clear leadership presence and oversight

A staff room with an integrated kitchen and office workspace to support effective handovers, administration, and staff wellbeing

A large, accessible main kitchen, where people are actively encouraged to prepare their own meals independently if they wish, or to cook alongside staff. The kitchen supports shared meal preparation while taking into account individual preferences, cultural choices, and dietary requirements

Trelowen Manor benefits from a large rear garden, accessible to everyone living at the home. The garden is currently being developed to reflect the interests and needs of the people who live there, with the aim of creating opportunities for Relaxation, Gardening, Outdoor activities and Social gatherings. People will be actively involved in shaping the garden environment.
